Is your number plate below? If so, snap a pic of yourself with your number plate and send through to katherinep@wavessurfwear.com along with a copy of your car registration, then let me know which store you'd like to pick up the $100 voucher from!

 

Alternatively you can head into your local Waves store with your car registration and pick up the voucher then and there - as long as you have a photo.
